1. Prescription Medications In accordance with international health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispensed and shipped. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of the medication for all our patients.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we have sent the incorrect medication, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, we require:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product.
  • Your order number and proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process In the event of a valid claim (damaged or incorrect item), we will notify you once we’ve inspected the evidence. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or via USDT/WeChat as agreed) within 5-10 business days.

4. Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping Issues While we use reliable carriers like EMS, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in the destination country. Patients are responsible for ensuring the medication is legal for import in their respective regions.
