Dosage and Administration

• Take Avatrombopag with food.
• Chronic Liver Disease (CLD):
  Begin treatment 10 to 13 days prior to the scheduled procedure. Take once daily for 5 consecutive days.
  • If platelet count is less than 40 × 10⁹/L: 60 mg (3 tablets) once daily.
  • If platelet count is 40 to less than 50 × 10⁹/L: 40 mg (2 tablets) once daily.
• Chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP):
  Starting dose: 20 mg (1 tablet) once daily.
  Adjust the dose or dosing frequency as needed to maintain a platelet count ≥ 50 × 10⁹/L.
  Do not exceed a maximum daily dose of 40 mg.
