2. Indications
Multiple Myeloma (MM):
Pomalidomide is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior therapies, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor (such as bortezomib), and have demonstrated disease progression on or after the last therapy.

3. Dosage and Administration
- Adults: Pomalidomide is administered orally.
- Recommended Dose: 4 mg once daily, taken at approximately the same time each day.
- Treatment Cycle: One cycle consists of 21 days of treatment followed by 7 days off (28-day cycle).
- Dose Adjustment: The dose may need to be adjusted based on patient tolerability and the severity of side effects. For example, in cases of hematologic toxicity such as neutropenia or thrombocytopenia, the dose may be reduced or treatment temporarily interrupted.
